1. Our Guarantee

Gempix2 AI is operated by Zhengmao Sun. We aim to deliver a fast, reliable image-editing experience. If something goes wrong, we will make it right by fixing the problem or refunding your purchase when the request meets the criteria below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We approve refunds when:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and have unused credits.
  • A billing error occurs (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or unauthorised transaction).
  • Service outages or defects prevent you from accessing core Gempix2 AI features for more than 48 hours.
  • We materially misrepresented a feature or failed to deliver a purchased service.

Refunds are not available for change-of-mind cancellations after credits are consumed, violations of our Terms of Service, or requests submitted after the time limits noted above.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@aigempix2.app from the address linked to your account.
  2. Include your order number or transaction ID, purchase date, and a brief summary of the issue.
  3. Attach any screenshots or logs that help us reproduce the problem.

We acknowledge every request within 1–2 business days and aim to reach a decision within five business days after receiving all required details.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your provider (typically 5–10 business days for cards and 3–5 business days for PayPal). Bank processing may add a small additional delay.

When a direct refund is not possible, we may offer an account credit or extension of your subscription as an alternative.
